This is 1 year later i subcribe for the stupid f**kin wimax. From the start I experienced very damn f**kin slow download n upload speed but I try to be patient.
Yesterday I written a complaint 2 their website careline, becoz currently my test results show download speed of 253mbps and upload at 35mbps, (gosh, can u imagine that? i subcribe for 1.2mbps packet, and i get 253mpbs internet connection, i pay for RM99 for what? f**k!)
Well, today i get the reply from the P1 WIMAX, when i read the email, i felt funny, very funny! They ask me to screen capture the results and attach to the email and send to them, and my case will sorted out quickly.
=.=凸 nah! How surprise I was with this request. First of all I have an upload speed of 253mpbs, sound like quite acceptable rite to send a 10-100kb email? but i tell u, is a LIES! sometimes i trying to attach a file to an email with that speed will take hours, and sometimes, d connection is lost on the half way delivery.
Also, before that, i tried to call to their customer service too, and thy keep ask me turn ur modem to the west, facing to west , AU2 there is the best internet connection area, MCB, wat a dumb request, how i know where is the west and where is d east? u wan me buy a compas and follow ur order? I am not mentally retarted ok? I really wan to shout out all the hard language i knew to them, but i cant do so, thy have sound record. =.=凸! Thy lit up my fire!
Well, recently streamyx is promoting their new packet, which is RM88 for 4.0mpbs n a free HP laptop, wat a intresting offer, well, i decided to terminate P1, but when i checked back the rules and regulation on my past year purchase resit,it written there that, if i terminate their service, i need to pay the penalty which is RM999 according to my 24 month contract, wapiang eh, RM999!
How can i effort such A large amount? gosh! I feel damn cheated! Now i am stuck! i still have 1 more year contrat with them.
